Rahul Gandhi’s contempt of Court – BJP seek permission to file case

Kochi: BJP Palakkad District Secretary C Krishnakumar sought Advocate General’s permission to file contempt of court appeal against Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi in his recent visit to Kerala had visited three colleges in Kerala inorder to canvas students to join KSU.

Political interference of elected representatives in College campuses is banned by Kerala High court and so the case the visit of Rahul Gandhi is a clear violation of the court order, Told Krishnakumar
