“Prove RSS hand behind CPI(M) activist murder” -RSS leader’s Challenge

via HK published on February 1, 2008

KANNUR : RSS Prantheeya Saha Prachar Pramukh Valsan Thillankeri today challenged CPI(M) to prove his organization’s hand behind the recent killing of CPI(M) activist Jijesh in Kannur. Thillankeri asked CPI(M) to keep itself away from interfering in the ongoing police investigation into the all recent political murders in the district.

The CPI-M should allow the police to carry out an independent inquiry to bring to light the actual culprits involved in the recent murders, said RSS leader. He has strongly denied any role of RSS activists in the recent murder of Jijesh near Thalassery.

CPI-M is unreasonably targeting the Hindu organizations properties including educational institutions in various parts of the district under the cover of political killings and such incidents cannot be permitted. If such attacks continues, the situation would lead to future tension and violence in the district, he warned.

CPI(M) activist Jijesh (27) was hacked to death by the hit team of Islamic terrorist group NDF on 28th of last month.
