The VHP State Organising Secretary, Mr Kummanam Rajasekharan strongly condemned the killing of the Attingal District Seva Pramukh and Hindu Aikya Vedi District Organising Secretary Mr Sunil Kumar at Kilimanoor today morning.

Various Hindu Organisations will hold protest rallies and meetings in the state against the murder and to demand strict action against the culprits and to bring them before the law, he said in a statement.

Describing the brutal killing as a premeditated murder, he said that it was committed to create unrest in the state. They have eliminated a leader who had been carrying out humanitarian and social welfare activities and thus became acceptable to the masses.

The crime has been committed with the covert objective to weaken the confidence of the Hindus and thus to destroy the Hindu establishments and institutions in the state, he alleged.

He called upon those people who believe in democratic principles to come forward to condemn and protest against the brutal murder allegedly committed by the extremist forces which are operating here to create violence and chaos in the state.
