Prohibit Non-Hindu vendors from Sabarimala-VHP

Pathanamthita: VHP Prachar Pramukh Shri V.R Rajasekharan has demanded that during the next Sabarimala season auctioning of wayside shops and commercial establishments should be open only to Hindu hawkers and vendors. He said that legislation should be brought wherein the sanctity of Sabarimala should be preserved and there should be an end to the violation of the customs and tradition of Sabarimala.


 


The Sabarimala temple and the pilgrims who arrive there should be given protection .The devaswom officials should improve their behaviour with the devotees who come to Sannidhanam .The ‘ parihara kriya’ which evolved after the devaprashnam should be fully implemented and the outcome of the devaprashnam should be pubished for the knowledge of the devotees .


 


The VHP Prachar Pramukh also said that the authorities should arrive at a comprehensive solution to all the problems faced by the sabarimala temple complex and take all measures to protect the Temple.
