Prof. M Krishnan Nair is dead

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 24:
Prof. M Krishnan Nair, populist critic of quality literature is dead. He breathed his last at a private hospital here on Thursday evening. The 83 year old critic was suffering from pneumonia which followed a heart attack.
Prof. M Krishnan Nair was well known for his column ‘Sahithya Vaaraphalam’, with which he tried to refine malayalam literature for more than four decades. He was survived by his wife and five daughters.
