Powerful bombs recovered from heart of Kannur city
Kannur: Police seized two highly explosive pipe bombs from the plot of Ahamadiya Muslim Jammath within the heart of Kannur city on Wednesday and one from Tempo stand near Stadium on Thursday

Following suspicion of Anti National activities and bomb manufacturing in the plot near to Deenul IslamSabhaSchool, Public raided the plot. Police was informed once bombs were found.Police team under S I Subhash defused the powerful bombs. Police suspect NDF terrorists behind bomb manufacturing.

The bombs found are of high power in which 60 Detonators were tied up together to cause powerful explosions. Bomb squad from Kozhikode conducted combing operation in the city.
