Poovarani Sex Racket:CPM Leader Acted As Middleman

Alapuzha:Mahila Congress President Shanimol Usman has alleged that the CPM District Secretary Anantagopan’s son Abhilash Gopan has acted as a middleman in the Poovarani sex racket.Abhilash Gopan is the Branch Secretary of Kalluppara Nannur branch of CPM.

Shanimol demanded the Government to take strict action against Abhilash.”The Chief Minster who always talks about upholding the rights of women and the Women’s Commission are not even bothered to visit the house of the girl”said Shanimol. “After this government has come in power the sex rackets have spread upto the Panchayat level”she added.
