Police torture : Human Rights Commission ordered enquiry

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : Human Rights Commission today filed a case and ordered an enquiry for the brutal torture of four Hindu activists at Changanassery Police station.
The commission asked IG Padmakumar to enquire the incident and submit his report within two weeks time.
