Nun seeks protection from Vicar!

KOCHI: Sr Jessy, Mother Superior of the Little Flower Convent, Njarackal, has sought police protection from the vicar of the St Mary’s Church, Njarackal. She has complained that the vicar and a section of the faithful have been threatening her and nuns of the convent and that the vicar has been attempting to wrest control of the Little Flower High School, Njarackal, by assuming charge of manager despite a government order making her the manager. Talking to media persons here yesterday, Sr Jessy and Sr Ani James said that Mother General Sr. Edward and Mother Provincial Sr Vincent Mary were forcibly made to sign some documents last week denouncing their rights on the school they had established.
