Now move to Commercialize ‘Krishnanattam’ by Guruvayur Devaswom

Guruvayur: After making the controversial affidavit on Poonthanam’s existence , Now Guruvayur Devaswom Board is trying to Commercialize Lord’s favourite art performance’ Krishnanattam’

 

As per the special interest of a Devaswom Board member, Krishnanattom performers are forced to perform for a movie, reports Mangalam A Malayalam daily.

 

It’s for the shooting of movie Pazhassi Raja starred by Mamooty, Guruvayur Devaswom board violated the norms. Earlier permission was denied for the same for the Movie ‘Nagakshathanal’ by then Devaswom Board.

 

After the agitation of devotees on sending Krishnanattom performers to perform in a Party function, Board has taken a decision not to send Temple performers for outside events.
