Narendra Modi arrives in Guruvayur

GURUVAYUR: Gujarat Chief Minister
Narendra Modi arrived at this temple town tonight for
offering worship at the famed Sree Krishna temple.
Modi would be offering prayers at the temple today
morning and offer ‘thulabharam’ with lotus, an offering
in which the person performing it sits in one of the
scales of a balance with article to be offered to the
lord put in the other scale in matching weight.
A heavy contingent of police had been deployed around
the temple and the guest house, where Modi is staying.
He would be proceeding to Chennai today morning, BJP
sources said.
