Youth held for stealing motorbikes

KOCHI: The Fort Kochi police on Friday arrested Shafeeque, 20, son of Abdullah, KMP Nagar, Palluruthy, in connection with motorcycle theft.
The police have seized two motorcycles from him which were stolen from Thrissur East and Chavakkad police station limits respectively.
The bikes were brought to Fort Kochi for sale. Shafeeque is an also accused in stealing money from offering boxes in Mattanchery and Fort Kochi areas.
