Murder of Islamic Scholar,CBI helpless

Kochi: CBI requested the Court to cancel the Passports of Islamic fundamentalist who had murdered the Muslim Scholar Chekkanur Maulavi.


 


The Prime accused are all now in Middle East and all the efforts by CBI via Interpol to bring them back had failed. CBI requested the help of Foreign affairs Ministry, Thanks to E. Ahammed nothing had worked out.


 


It is in this situation CBI requested the Court to cancel their Passports and if done so Gulf authorities will be forced to extradite them.    


 


Chekannur Maulavi an Islamic reformist leader was Kidnapped and Murdered by Jihadi Terrorists on July 1993.


 


Leader of Sunni Muslims in Kerala Kanthapuram A.P. Aboobacker Musaliyar is the 10th accused in this Murder case.


 


If it was the Christian pressure group who worked overnight to destroy the evidences and sabotage Abhaya Case, Their Muslim Counterparts had used all their might to interrupt this murder case.


 


Even after Fourteen Years these fundamentalists are roving freely in Middle East and Kerala,  challenging the law of the land.
