Kannur: A CPM
activist named Ajayan died here following attack by unknown assailants. CPM accuses
Hindu organisations behind the attack. Hindu leaders and activists were continuously
targeted over past few months by CPM hit squad. Often Hindu organisations were
forced to retaliate by the taunting of CPM who never believes in democracy or
peace in the district.

The attack comes days after a BJP worker was killed
at Malur near Thalassery on March 4 while another party
worker suffered serious injuries at Thillankeri near
Iritty town allegedly by CPI-M workers on Sunday, police
said.
