Murder of BJP leader,Bail denied for 5 CPM activists

Kochi:Kerala high court rejected the bail plea of 3 CPM activists who were responsible for the brutal murder of BJP leader Preman.
On 13th october 2005 at Chokli near Thalassery, Preman was hacked to death by a group of CPM activists.
Justice K.Padmanabhan Nair denied bail to the culprits wondering whether they might threaten the witnesses of the case, if released from custody.
