More explosives seized from Malappuram

Malappuram: In a raid in connection with Kozhikode gelatin stick recovery case, today Kerala police seized explosives from the home of Ibrahimkutty of Vazhayoor in Malappuram district.The recovered explosives collection included more than 100 detonators and other chemicals used for explosions.
Yesterday Police arrested another person in connection with the same case from Malappuram.Eyes of national security agencies were also focussed recently on Malabar area, and the region is said to be the hotbed of ISI and other fundamentalist forces.
