Mazdoor Sangh research centre to go on steam

The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) has initiated work on a Labour Study, Training and Research Centre here under the Bharatiya Mazdoor Seva Kendram Trust.


The foundation stone for the centre was laid here the other day


BMS has initiated the project, giving thrust to training and retraining of workers, orientation, counselling, research in labour welfare legislations, developing trade union leaders and preparing them to meet the demands of the new economic and industrial scenario ushered in by globalisation


The prime object of the centre included creation of a new work force with ideal work culture, ideal family life and a sense of national commitment, a release said.


The centre will undertake researches on how human resources could be better utilised by generating more employment opportunities with a thrust on increasing productivity of the workers and the industry.


It will undertake initiative in conducting refresher courses for small and medium entrepreneurs, industrialists, self -employed and others, the release added
