Paloli defied court, says Kerala High Court

KOCHI: A division bench of the Kerala High Court today said Local Administration Minister Paloli Mohammed Kutty had defied the court and decided to go forward with the case. The court said the minister should apologise to the people and the unconditional apology tendered is not reliable.
