Love Jihad which led to suicide of 3 School Girls – Chargesheet Submitted

Alapuzha: Crime branch submitted Chargesheet in the sensational case of ‘Love Jihad’ in which 3 school girls were forced to suicide by Jihadis.

Anila, Juli and Veni were the three Martyrs of Love Jihad. As per the chargesheet, charges including forcing for suicide, gang rape and destruction of evidence were filed against Shanavas and Soufar the Jihadis.

Shanavas and Soufar were the class mates of the victims, in which they lured them to a vacant plot near beach and raped them. They took recorded the gang rape in Mobile and blackmailed the girls that they will publicize it.By the time they realised the true colour of their Jihadi Romeos it was too late and the only way infront of them was to end their life.

In the initial stages of investigation local CPM leaders tried to protect the Jihadis , Thanks to protest by Hindu organisations and Public outrage case was finally handed over to crime branch and now the chargesheet is submitted.
