Love Jihad – Kerala Bishop raises alarm again

It is now the turn of Christian community to express their wariness, after an alarming rise in the number of Interreligous marriages, following rampant Love Jihad. In a recent statement, Bishop of Idukki sabha of Syro-Malabar congregation Mathew Anakuzhikkaattil has claimed that Love Jihad targets Christian girls as well.

“The government’s stand of encouraging Inter religous marriages is leading to annihilation of the essence of Christianity. Parent must be careful in such cases. Love Jihad is targeting Christian girls too, leading to the destruction of Catholic families. The government’s stand on this cannot be accepted,” said the Bishop, at a conclave held in Kochi.
