Left parties follow anti-labour policies

The left parties are supporting anti-labour policies in the country negatively affecting the unity among the trade unions and workers.


 


Inaugurating the BMS State General Council here the Bharathiya Mazdoor Sangh(BMS) All India General Secretary, Mr Uday Rao Patwardhan said that the UPA government’s 100-day employment scheme had made the workers the hostage of the government.


 


He said that the government should put pressure on the foreign entrepreneurs to set up  manufacturing units in the country, as such a step would create employment opportunities.


 


The meeting presided over by BMS State President Adv M S Karunakaran was also addressed by BMS All India Vice Presidents Mr. R V Subharao and Mr. C K Sajinarayanan.
