‘Kunhalikuty, Under what ‘Historic’ basis 99.7 per cent of the Muslims enjoys OBC reservation’?

In response to NSS call to extend reservation to those who are poor in so called forward caste , Kunhalikuty IUML leader was the first to oppose it with tooth and nail .

Kunhalikuty opposesd it saying that – Reservation is introduced based on historical reasons to uplift those who faced caste based discrimination.

Questions to Kunhalikuty  

1) Under what Historic basis 99.7 per cent of the Muslim population in Kerala enjoys OBC reservation in Kerala?

2)Will Kunhalikuty and his IUML oppose with same fervour the findings of Ranganatha Commission report which recommends extending SC reservation to Converted Christians and Muslims?
