Yathra got enthusiastic receptions in Thrichur District. Sri K. Balakrishnan presided over the reception meeting held in the Western Nada of Guruvayoor Temple. Hindu Aikya Vedi State Org. Secy M. Radhakrishnan, Maradu Suresh, Swami Ayyappas and Swami Mangalananda Saraswathi spoke on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering Sri Kummanam Rajasekharan said that by ordering Guruvayoor Dewaswom to deposit Rs 14 crores in co-operative banks, Minister Sudhakran is not working for the interests of the temple. And, Kshethra funds are not at all utilized for the public interests either. “Kshethra authorities rendered whole-hearted assistance to the Christian pastor and his assistants when they took, by force, the old women and men to the church-run orphanage whilst they were partaking in bhajans infront of Guruvayoor temple”, said Kummanam.
Maradu Araya Samajam leader Suresh asked the State Govt. to stop the move to give financial help to Jihadi terrorists of Maradu massacre under the pretext of impartial solution.
