published on January 2, 2006

Kozhikode:Police discovered highly explosive Nitro glycerin Gelatin sticks from the KSRTC bustand situated in the heart of the city. The explosives were kept in Clock room, by a person named Sainudeen on 28 december. The suspicious staff informed police and later police and bomb squad  confirmed that it is a highly explosive material, which was previously used in Beypore boat blast also. This explosive material was made in Vellore and police have started the investigation.Calicut is the head quarters of muslim terrorist outfit NDF.

There were reports about the passive nature of Police towards the Beypore blast case and also of recent evidence of ISI activity in Malabar area. The Kerala goverment Home ministry under Umman Chandy is showing very negligent attitude towards these terrorist and  anti national activities which are threat even to national security.People fear that this same biased attitudes of the Government is going to reflect in this case too, by the pressure from Muslim leaders.
