Kerala Taliban’s behind burning of woman on Train: Alleges BJP

Thiruvananthapuram: President of Kerala BJP V Muraleedharan has alleged the involvement of terror links in the bizarre incident of a woman being burnt alive in the train in Kannur station. Muraleedharan said that a well trained terror gang has executed the crime after having received professional training.
“A well trained gang has executed the gruesome deed, after having received ample training. There are numerous terror gangs operating in Malabar, which resort to any means of annihilation, if the party or person involved do not comply to the rules and regulations set forth by them,” said Muraleedharan, adding that murders of Suhara (Koothuparambu), Khadeeja (who was found murdered in her own home in Padikkachaal, Thillangeri), Muthu (a quarry worker in Shivapuram) bear striking resemblance to the present one.
“Fathima’s death took place because investigating officers did not take into serious account, the murders that took place prior to this. The gang arrived on the spot, carrying inflammables like kerosene, because they had the definite motive to murder. Kerala police has to take firm, stringent steps to ensure that those intending to implement Taliban rule in Kerala are stalled in the very beginning,” said Muraleedharan.
