Kerala need more bold people like Advocate K.V.Kumaran

via HK published on June 15, 2007

Kochi: Advocate K.V.Kumaran considers responsibility as a Citizen is much higher than the love of a father to his son. In midst of negative news and the apathy  of  public towards grave issues. Its heartening to know that still people like Advocate K.V.Kumaran lives among us.

Shri Kumaran is the father of  a dedicated IAS officer, Suresh Kumar who is now heading the Reveneue Task Force of Munnar Eviction team. On Friday Kumaran filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in high court  questioning the Government order directing to keep intact the encroached Communist Party offices and churches in Munnar. The boldness he shown to question this atrocious move by Government is admirable

Chief Minister Achuthanandan, Pinarai Vijayan, CPI leaders Veliyam Bhargawan and K. E.Ismail, Idukki Collector Raju Narayana Swami are the accused apart from his Son Suresh Kumar.

Shameless Government jumped into Munnar eviction with great hype boasting it as a great revolution since Land Reforms act of EMS. Many of the Resorts in Munnar are part of Communist party offices in encroached land.Church had also encroached acres of land over here. The present Govt. order is issued in the interest of powerful Church lobby and CPM and CPI Mafia gang

This Government order by challenging all democratic norms gives complete license to their Party and Church to encroach land where ever needed in the Parasurama Kshetra.

Hindu Leaders in Kerala should take hint from people like Advocate Kumaran and file PIL in court against the outrageous abusive comments of Ministers like Sudhagaran against Hindus.

The boldness he shown to question this atrocious move by Government is admirable
