Kerala Kaumudi editorial for public interest: Advocate General

via HK published on January 15, 2009

: The Advocate General C P Sudhakara Prasad
informed the High Court on Thursday that the suo motu criminal contempt
of court proceedings against Kerala Kaumudi initiated on the basis of
the editorial published in the front page on 18 December 2008 did not
prevail. It is desirable that the Kerala High Court keeps silence on this

Editorial appeared in Kerala Kaumudi highlighting the biased approach taken by Justice Hema is nothing but the true representation of public sentiments, apart from that of few vested interests including Church and a section of Christian Media.

Kerala Kaumudi is one of the Media which reported Abhaya case fearlessly from the begining along with Janmabhumi.Christian Media controlled by Malayala Manorama and Deepika was in forefront to white wash the church but the bold stand taken by Kerala Kaumudi is instrumental in exposing the role of Church in the murder of Nun.

Church tried to play all foul games inorder to influence Judiciary and create a sympathy towards culprits through their Media. The Controversial article came in Deepika daily by a Retired Judge K.T.Thomas criticising CBI enquiry was also part of the Church game plan.

In this case it has been already reported that even Prime Minister’s Office was directly involved in sabotaging the investigation. The tentacles of Kerala Church reached upto New Delhi. For the church it is the question of their credibility and they will play all dirty games to cover up the truth and protect the sex maniacs.Otherwise Church will be dumbhead in front of their laity for protecting and aligning with the criminals who killed the bride of Jesus
