‘K G Marar a role model for all’

KASARGOD: BJP Kozhikode zonal president V Ravindran said that BJP leader K G Marar who led a simple life and who was not tainted by corruption was a role model for all political leaders.

Inaugurating the K G Marar memorial meet here on Wednesday, Ravindran said there were lakhs of people in the state who wanted his voice to be heard in the State Assembly.

“But both the LDF and the UDF colluded against him in the Manjeswaram Assembly constituency for the sole purpose of defeating him, said BJP Kozhikode zonal president V Ravindran.

BJP mandal president S Kumar presided over the function. BJP district secretary A N Ashok Kumar, state committee member M Sanjeeva Shetty and K M Herala addressed the function.
