KOZHIKODE: Police probing into the Kozhikode links of the suspected Al Badr terrorist Muhammed Fahad are planning to seek the help of International Criminal Police Organisation – Interpol- to extradite a person in Saudi Arabia, whom the police believe could provide vital information on Fahad’s activities in the country.

Interpol’s help will be sought to extradite Nasar, husband of Fathima Beegam. Police have already registered a case against Fathima under Foreigners Act for not informing the police before accommodating the Pakistani national in her house at Peruvayal. Fathima Beegam is the daughter of Fahad’s father’s sister.

Nasar is doing business in Gulf and is said to have entrusted Fathima with Fahad’s accommodation whenever he came to Kozhikode, police sources said.
