The dialogue between leaders of both communities is sought in the wake of Hindu response to Conversion activities in Orissa and Karnataka.

RSS and VHP leaders along with spiritual heads of various Hindu Ashrams will take part in the discussions in behalf of Hindus. Representatives from Amritanandamayi Mutt and Sivagiri Mutt will also participate in the discussions.

Mar Varkey Vithayathil representing Zero Malabar Sabha , Daniel Acharuparambil archbishop from Varapuzha, Malankara head Baselius Mar Clemus and others will represent Mainstream Christian community.

The move came at a time when Communist party was trying to make political mileage by instilling hatred between two communities. The Church leaders realized the double game of communist party and decided to go forward with the proposed meet.

The conversion activities of Pentacost churches are now a menace even to mainstream Christian Sabhas.
