Highcourt order a blow to Love Jihadi’s

Kochi (Kerala): Kerala high court intervened a case related with Love jihad and said that it is not at all acceptable to get married after conversion. A girl who has been absconded since last month and by habeas corpus writ by the family of the Hindu girl who has been wrong intentionally loved by a Muslim youth and flew away from her house. At the time of hearing the case the division bunch of high court consists of Justice Pious C.Kuriacose and Babu Mathew .P.thomas gave verdict that the situation after conversion and also related with inter-religious marriage is void unless it is not under Special Marriage Act.

Court reached on to the most important conclusion about the special marriage act which is the only way to marry two persons belongs to different religions. Court also said that by merely converting to a different religion it is not an acceptable to marry and live together in a society. Both of them shall obey the rule of Special marriage Act through the registrar of the concerned area and it will take the normal time of completion to get decision from the district authority. In Kerala more than 6000 love jihad cases are reported as per the police records this verdict is a crucial step for those who are fighting against the Islamic terror goups organized crime related with Love Jihad.
