High court issues directiveson Sabarimala auction,tender

The Kerala High Court has directed the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) that from next year the entire tender and auction proceedings for the right to collect various items like coconuts, from Sabarimala Sannidhanam, Pampa etc., should be completed on Sep 30 and reports filed before the Court with a week thereafter.
The Division Bench consisting of Justice R Bhaskaran and Justice M Sasidharan Nambiar, has issued the direction, while considering the petition filed by the TDB seeking permission to confirm the tenders submitted for the right to collect coconuts from Sannidhanam, Erumeli etc.
