Heavy police presence for Vavu Bali, Part of Conspiracy
Maraikulam: Vishwa Hindu Parishad condemned the heavy police presence to terrify devotees who took part in the Bali Tharppanam here in Mararikulam.A heavy contingent of state police was deployed in the area without any reason. Many devotees who came for Bali Tharpan back feared some riot in the area.
Thousands of devotees usually attend the Karkkidaka Vavu Bali Tharpanam in Mararikulam. Sensing the support to Hindu organizations who provides all facilities and arrangements for the devotees by the public, Communist and Jihadi vested interests conspired to terrify the devotees with heavy police presence, told VHP Mararikulam vibagh pramukh Krishnan Kutty.
