HAV thwarts Government move to encroach Guruvayur Temple premises

Guruvayur: Thanks to timely intervention of Hindu Aikya Vedi, Kerala Highcourt stayed the Government move to encroach Guruvayur temple land.

Instead of using Temple land and premises for temple development , Government move was to built Police station and Fire Station there. Current Police station which is situated in a Devaswom board building is in due of paying 6 lakhs Rupees. Division bench consisting of Shri Thottathil Radhakrishnan and S S Sathishchandran ordered immediate payment of the amount which is due to Temple.

Cuurent Court order is based on the case filed by Guruvayur HAV secretary Shri Prasad Kakkasseri. It is heartening to note that Judiciary haven’t lost it senses amidst the Anti Hindu establishments surrounding it.
