Guru Mandiram attacked, hartal at Aravukadu
AMBALAPPUZHA: Miscreants today destroyed the glass panes of the Guru Mandiram located in front of the Punnapra Aravukadu Sreedevi Temple early this morning. The security told the police that the attack was carried out by a two-member gang who came in a bike.
SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan who visited the place said this issue should be seen seriously and demanded a strong investigation. Minister K C Venugopal who visited the place said strong steps would be taken against the guilty.
In protest against the attack, a hartal is being observed in places like Punnapra and Ambalapuzha sectors. District collector, forensic experts and police officials visited the place
