Kozhikode: Alarmed with the consolidation of Muslim and Christian votes in favour of UDF, CPM is know having a re think to align themselves with Jamaat Islami, which propagate the idea of a Islamic Theocratic state in India.

CPM had always made pact between Jamaat Islami all over past elections, but it was only few months ago that CPM leaders of both faction V S Achuthanandan and Pinarai Vijayan denounced Jamaat islami over it’s jihadi mindset.

Speaking about Islamic Fundamentalism these were the words came out from  Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan -  “They want to turn Kerala into a Muslim-majority state in 20 years. They are using money and other inducements to convert people to Islam. They even marry women from outside their community in order to increase the Muslim population.”

CPM now is trying hard to convince their cadres that Jamaat Islami will become ‘Secular’ during election time and the brain dead followers of this out dated party have no problems in accepting what ever their leaders say.

CPM’s secret move to woo this Jihadi organisation was exposed by a whistle blower in Jamaat Islami itself. Their leader Hameed Vanimel resigned from the Islamic outfit protesting against Jamaat Islami’s leadership to form alliance with LDF.

.Jamaat-e-Islami political secretary Hameed Vanimel on Sunday said state CPM leaders, including state secretary Pinarai Vijayan, met leaders of the outfit. The meeting was held on March 20 at a government guest house in Alappuzha. He resigned from the Jamaat-e-Islami to protest against the organisations secret deals with the CPM.. Jamaat-e-Islami Kerala Amir,T Arifali, too, confirmed talks with Vijayan causing CPM considerable embarrassment.
