Five day visit, well utilized to resurrect terror politics in Kerala by Abdul Nasser Madni

Shastamkotta (Kollam): There is no doubt about it- Abdul Nasser Madani’s bail on the pretext of visiting his ailing mother is solely to strengthen his anti-national base, the PDP. He is said to be aiming at greater political power play, by unifying like minded Jihadi and fundamental Islamic groups and organizations. Madani is also said to have flouted Supreme Court directives banning him from indulging in any kind of political activity or meeting any representative of media houses, the same being the clauses under which bail as granted to him. However, Madani is said to have reached his place in a grand pageantry, which made it impossible for even pedestrians to cross by from Karunagappally to Shastamkotta.

Madani’s bail was for 5 days, which was obtained under the pretext of visiting his cancer stricken mother, who was stated to be in hospital. But reports have confirmed that she happens to be in his palatial bungalow, in the pink of health. Using her health as a ploy to come out, Madani is said to have rushed to Anwarsseri, to the PDP office. Sources have stated that Madani had called for a meeting of all PDP office bearers on Wednesday night, in Mainakapalli, where “roles and duties are said to have been assigned to each member” and the “larger role they are to play in Kerala politics”. There are also reports of PDP planning to conduct rallies in Anwarsseri.

The fate of PDP seemed bleak, with the arrest of Madani. But visit is said to have chalked out elaborate plans like the party’s intention of contesting for forthcoming Panchayath- Assembly elections, in order to make the party a formidable and reckoning force. Sources have also disclosed that the meeting focused on ways of disturbing the state’s communal balance, which will be instrumental in fuelling into mammoth issues.

Madani is also said to have entrusted a party member, the task of reigning back former members, in order to forge ahead with its fundamental ways. Former PDP members are now members of Popular Front and SDPI. Madani is also said to have met Muslim leaders of Congress and Marxist party to fortify his political grounds. There are also reports that apart from sprucing up and strengthening PDP, a special group has been planned by Madani.

Sources have stated that Anwarsseri was flooded with people hitherto unknown, following news of Madani’s arrival. They are said to be members of PFI and SDPI who had come from other places, which is ample proof to expose PDP’s terror involvements. The Intelligence Bureau has taken the matter seriously. The police have also taken into account, details of many persons who have reached the spot. Along with these are reports of former members of the outlawed SIMI having reached Anwarssery, following which state police have been given added duty of maintaining extra vigil in the area.
