The first ever Veera Jadayu Award initiated by Sree Kodanda Rama Kshetram Trust at Jadayupara in Chadayamangalam has been conferred on Hindu Aikya Vedi State General Secretary Kummanam Rajashekharan.

“The award has been conferred in recognition of the untiring services rendered by Kummanam Rajashekharan towards the cultural and spiritual attributes of the Hindu Community in the last 40 years,” said trust members. Kummanam Rajashekharan is most deserving for the award, for his spearheading role in Ayyappa Seva Sangham and the way he stood resolute against the forces that were trying to sabotage the ecologically fragile Aranmula,” added committee members.
