Ex CPI(M) leader and Congress MP appreciated VHP activities

Alappuzha : An Ex communist leader Smt. K.R Gouriyamma appreciated VHP activities in the state. She was talking on the occasion of Balakarunyam organized by VHP here.

 “When I was with CPI(M) the party  restricted me within the boundary and was not able to see the  good work going on in the society”, she said. “I will support any organization working for the interest of the country and society including VHP.

I was started in an organization to take care of poor and needy children but I was stopped in between. Its not very easy to run such organization unless there is dedicated selfless people and I appreciate VHP for running number of similar organization successfully in Kerala”, said ex-CPI(M) leader. VHP state Organizing Secretary Shri. Kummanam Rajasekharan attended the function.

 K C Venu Gopal MP of Congress party who attended the Balakarynyam functions the other day also appreciated the activities of VHP. He told that he had witnessed the  the Seva and Rescue activities of VHP during the time of Tsunami and was deeply impressed by it.
