Email threatening to attempt on PM’s life

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Owner of an internet cafe in Kochi and his wife were taken into custody this morning after a message was found to have gone from their e-mail centre threatening that an attempt on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s life would be made during his visit here on November 1. They have been identified as Moidheen of Kodungalloor and his wife Shanidha. The message was sent to DGP and home secretary, top police sources said here. They were taken into custody for questioning, the sources said.
