Devotees should come out against the Temple Mafia : Kummanam

KOZHIKODE : Kummanam Rajasekharan said that temple mafias have been working overtime in Kerala since long to loot the temple wealth and to sabotage the faith in temples. He was speaking on the occasion of the reception accorded to the Temple Raksha Yathra in the premises of Sreekanteshwaram Temple, Kozhikode.

The mafia blokes have been engaging in the anti-Hindu activities, viz., purchasing the buildings and properties adjacent to the temples, cheating and looting the devotees, spoil the temples by corruption and misrule, eliminate temples and the faith in it, etc. The Dewaswom Boards run buy the govt. have so far done nothing to for the development of the temples or faith. The Thanthri concept is one of the basic tenets of the temples in Kerala. Minister Sudhakaran is trying to sabotage this very same tenet.
