Devotees should come forward : Sasikala Teacher

KANNUR : While addressing the reception meeting held at Kannur, Smt. K.P. Salikala teacher called for coming together and fight against the evils who destroy the temples.


 


The government is planning to take-over temples in Malabar area, which are administered by the devotees honestly and systematically. Government has not bothered about to take temples, which are in a dilapidated condition having no income. The aim of government is to take away the money and wealth of the temples controlled by the devotees. She cautioned against ulterior motive of the government to tamper the faith of the devotees in temple.


 


Shri. Raghavan Nair, IPS (Retd), preceded over the function. Shri Kummanam Rajeshekaran, General Secretary, Hindu Aikya Vedi also spoke in the occasion.
