CPM attack on CPI branch secretary


NEELESWARAM: The Karyankot branch secretary of the CPI was attacked allegedly by the CPM men at Karyankot on Wednesday night.

According to police, Raju, 47, a trader and branch secretary of the CPI was attacked by a ten-member CPM gang following a dispute between the CPM and CPI workers over the destroying of the posters of ‘Janayugam’. Raju has been admitted to the district hospital in Kanhangad.
