CPM Terror Strike again in Kerala: Woman lost her hearing in the attack

With nothing but extreme desperation running in the veins of ‘comrades’, members of Sangh Parivar have once again begun bearing the brunt of their violent outbursts. The ‘Red-Brigade’ is reported to have flung bombs and other explosives on the residence of RSS-BJP leaders, with the daughter of a BJP leader having lost her hearing in the attack.

The attack, which took place in Olavilathu and Cheravancheri was spear headed by CPM goons. The miscreants have been identified as DYFI leader Velumbathu ChitraJoshi, KC Ashwanth of Cheruvancheri, KC Deepan alias Unni. A case has been registered in Kannavam police station against the ruffians.

The attack in Cheruvancheri was aimed at the residence of RV Sasidharan, the Panchayat president. His daughter Shishira, who was asleep during the time of attack, is said to have suffered permanent hearing impairment. She has been rushed to Indira Gandhi Cooperative Hospital, Thalassery.

According to sources, Sasidharan was rudely awakened from his sleep, when the miscreants rang the calling bell. The bomb attack followed when he opened the door. The perpetrators were identified immediately.

In another terror strike, the residence of Vineesh, former Mandal Karyavah of RSS, Olavilathu came under bomb attack, during the wee morning hours. A steel bomb was hurled at Vineesh’s residence following which, the goons barged into the house and ransacked the entire place. With members of Vineesh’s family waking up, the miscreants fled the scene. The attackers have been identified as AC Rajeevan, Sangeesh, Nitin, Fasal, Sreeji, Sarath, Rejeesh, Sunil Kumar, Manoharan and Prashanthan. A case has been registered against them.

Miscreants are said to have shattered a bus shelter jut near Olavilakam Krishna Temple. This is the 10th time the shelter has been destroyed, with the latest renovation having taken place just a month ago.
