Pioneer News Service | Thiruvananthapuram

The CPI(M) is trying to spread its politics of hatred and violence in the capital city just like it is doing in Kannur district. A group of people allegedly belonging to the CPI(M) hacked the local RSS leader Mohanan in the Sevabharathi orphanage were he was working as manager. Mohanan is admitted to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital in a critical condition.

The youth was attacked inside the orphanage when a group of armed men entered the orphanage located in Kaithamukku and hacked him recklessly in front of around 30 kids who are staying in the Sevabharathi orphanage.

The RSS leaders told The Pioneer that a state leader of the CPI-M had attended a protest programme organised by the Vanchiyoor area committee of the party on the killing of the goonda leader Vishnu allegedly by RSS workers.

The RSS leaders claimed that the State secretariat member of the party VV Dakshinamoorthy had attended the programme held on Friday and the
CPI-M men had indulged in wide spread attacks on the RSS posts, boards and banners. There were provocative slogans as well from the CPI-M men who took part in the procession.

Sources in the home department told The Pioneer that there is a growing nexus between the mafia groups and the CPI-M and this has resulted in these killings and bloody attacks.
