Conspiracy charges against Soofiya Madni in the report submitted by NIA
‘SIMI’ is the hub of terror: NIAÂ
Kochi, Wednesday, January 27, 2010: In its First Information Report produced before Ernakulam CBI Special Court, the National Investigative Agency has termed the banned Students Islamic Movement of India as the focal point of terror activities.
The NIA has put fourteen people in the list of accused in connection with Kalamassery bus torching case. Conspiracy charges have been leveled against PDP chief Abdul Nasser Maudani’s wife Sufiya Maudani.
Eighteen people have been placed in the list of accused in connection with the Panayikulam SIMI camp.
Similarly, there are fourty three and twenty three people in the list of accused in connection with the Wagamon SIMI camp and terror recruitment case respectively.
