Kochi: Kerala High Court asked Kerala Government to continue the probe against the Muringoor Divine centre. High court directive came while hearing the petition filed by Shri Venugopal from Allapuzha seeking court intervention to complete the probe.

Special Investigation report submitted to Home Ministry had recommended to conduct a thorough probe as the activities undergoing there are highly suspicious a .As it is evident that the authorities were hiding many facts while questioning and considering their lack of co-operation – Narco Analysis needs to be conducted.

The Highlights of the SIT Report were

a)In between 1991 and 2006 – 33 persons were missing and 974 death were reported .Only 36 out of 974 were reported to Police.

b)Miss Neena Govindan was died as a result of administering stupefying drugs unauthorisedly. Many have gone mentally ill as well as a result of administering these drugs. Incompetent persons are medically treating the inhabitants.

c)This centre is receiving Grants from Government, Tax relaxation benefits etc.

d) Over a period of 15 years assets worth crores of rupees are also found to have
procured by this institution.

e)The investigation report also highlight the fact that Senior Bureocrats in the state are associated with this centre and many are in their advisory board.

f)SIT got evidences in many instances that the licences were procured without proper assessment with the help of these bureaucrats. Secretary of Board of control of Orphanages and other Charitable Homes itself is a member in the advisory board of this
notorious centre.

g)Father Mathew Thadathil was found trying to procure foreign contribution to the tune of 20 lakhs through Hawala.

h) SIT underlines that the centre haven’t co-operated with the team in connection with probe on financial irregularities and misuse of foreign exchange transaction regulation.

Even after confirmed reports about nearly 1000 unreported death/murder our law and order and secular society is maintaining a deadly silence over this.
