Chief Minister being subservient before Muslim League: V Muraleedharan.
“Laws have conveniently been overlooked, just to cater to selfish political interests. The Home Minister has to clarify if he abides by his stand. The apprehensions raised by BJP about the possibility of the case being sabotaged are coming true. This will be brought to the notice of the general public and for that we plan a series of remonstrations,†said V Muraleedharan.
Meanwhile BJP state general secretary K Surendran said that the IUML is trying to escape the land’s laws by bringing in a social angle. Announcing that the UDF should clarify its stand, Surendran alleged that “the Muslim League is trying to annul the FIR†and asked what right the Muslim League had in interfering in a case of such serious import.
“No legal proceeding has been initiated against the unlawful use of grants. No institution has come under scrutiny following the issue of child trafficking. There should also be an inquiry into the procurement of over 400 fake Adhaar cards. If state government does not initiate the necessary proceedings, we will approach the centre for the same,†said Surendran.
