Both the fronts will pay the price for silence on extremism

via Mahadev published on March 11, 2006

Kochi, Mar10: The silence of both the fronts on the growing extremist activities in the state will lead to dangerous repercussions, according to Mr, P P Mukundan, the BJP South Zone Organising Secretary.

The religious extremism which began with the slogan that was raised one and a half decade ago that Kerala would be made Kashmir, is gaining strength to dangerous proportions, he alleged.

Sophisticated arms and ammunitions and explosives have been piled up in various parts of the state, he said.

Eyeing only at the vote bank, if both the fronts remained reticent towards this growing extremism they might be going to face a serious catastrophe, he warned.
