Benami Real Estates purchased for Maradu Terrorists

New Delhi: Intelligence agencies has reported that ,real estate and plots are being purchased widely by accused Marad Terrorists in Benami names around Perinthalmanna, Manjeri and  Nilambur Karikunnu areas in Malappuram District.

The intelligene is now collecting more information behind these transactions. Land Aalso have been purchased along Ponnani sea coast by Jehadi agents with specific motives. This deal is also reported by Intelligence to Government.  The high real estate valued areas like Perinthalmanna, Manjeri is also under intelligence radar and they are analyzing the transactions which happened recently.

In the name of a foundation trust in 2005 about an acre of land was registered. Currently there is a negotiation going on for a 4 acre land around Valancheryy and the registration of this land is yet to be done.

Crores of Hawala money has been pumped from Middle East to Kerala inorder to buy prime properties near to sea coast. Even though Government has clear evidences regarding the role of Jehadi terrorists in these Real Estate business, in fear of losing support of their favourite vote bank, no stern actions are taken.
